TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN, I am writing this letter of recommendation for Mrs. Sandra L. Dauer, owner of Precise Accounting and Consulting, Inc. Mrs. Dauer performs the accounting requirements for the Pittsburgh Area Episcopal Office of the United Methodist Church located at 1204 Freedom Road, Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania. She set-up the Quick Books computer software program to handle the accounting needs of this office. Mrs. Dauer records all of the Bishop's monthly expenditures and mileage, submits this information to the required agencies for reimbursement, and prepares all necessary payments and checks including payroll. She also forwards all quarterly and annual returns. Mrs. Dauer makes all deposits and prepares monthly bank reconciliations. A monthly budget and expense report is submitted to the Bishop's office. All reports are prepared and filed for the auditor. Precise Accounting and Consulting Inc. has provided the accounting service for this office since January 2003. We are very satisfied with the service provided and would recommend Precise Accounting and Consulting Inc. for all accounting needs.
